"Le
Havre and its region benefit from
a very well organized industrial
zone, from an efficient network
of pipelines and from a harbor
located at the entry of European
ports.
For these reasons, the TOTAL group
continues to invest in and modernize
its production sites. Recently,
we have invested more than 580
million euros to build the new
electricity and steam production
unit (co-generation), as well
as a distillation unit." |
|
|
| |
 |
| |
| For
several years, heavy investments have been
made by the chemistry-petrochemistry operators
in Le Havre region, perpetuating this industry
on a long-term basis and further reinforcing
its competitiveness and attractiveness.
These
large programs mainly consist in developing
co-siting solutions, extending pipeline
networks, optimizing product valorization
and modernizing units by significantly increasing
their production capacity and putting them
in conformity with European environmental
standards. More
